The renewed Type 98 Reconnaissance Seaplane is here!
The decals and packaging of the Type 98 Reconnaissance Seaplane, which was specialized for the special mission of nighttime contact, have been renewed.
A unique aircraft of the Imperial Japanese Navy developed for the mission of contacting enemy fleets at night to monitor their movements and guide friendly forces to an advantage.
It is clad in a unique special paint scheme, painted entirely in black to be inconspicuous during nighttime operations.
17 aircraft were produced between 1937 and 1942.
The packaging has been renewed with an illustration drawn by Mikiya Yoshihara.
The decals include a wide variety of aircraft numbers and markings.
The struts connecting the upper and lower wings can be assembled without difficulty as a special jig is included.
