Release Date Delays and Changes

Plastic models, figures, and die-cast cars are products that are highly likely to be delayed due to various factors. Please consider the listed release date as an estimate only.
If wholesalers or manufacturers announce a change to the release schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Depending on the product, release dates may be delayed without prior notice. In some cases, delays may extend for a year or more. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

*About Imported Products

For pre-order items that are imported from overseas, please be aware in advance that significant delays may occur, or the product may become unavailable, due to circumstances such as manufacturer decisions or limited import quantities.
Additionally, information regarding delays is often difficult to obtain, and in many cases we may not be able to provide answers even if you contact us.

Price and Specification Changes

Please note that selling prices and product specifications may be changed at the manufacturer’s discretion.
If the price is changed, the same discount rate applied at the time of reservation will continue to apply.

If a Pre-Ordered Item Cannot Be Supplied

For popular items or items with limited production quantities, it is possible that we may not receive the full quantity ordered from our wholesalers.
In such cases, sales will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which reservations were placed.

Products with extremely limited production and little chance of availability may not be listed for sale. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation of Pre-Ordered Items

Cancellations are not accepted after a reservation has been placed. Please place your order carefully.

• Even if the release date changes or your credit card becomes unusable at the time of release, cancellations of pre-ordered items are not permitted.

• Duplicate orders cannot be canceled, as orders to manufacturers are placed immediately. Please take care when ordering.
  

Shipping for Multiple Pre-Order or In-Stock Items

As a rule, orders are shipped only after all items are available.
If you would like items shipped separately, please place separate orders or contact us after ordering to request “separate shipments.
