It's a specification of the "Red Castle" with a wave base that can actually represent the way it sails.
There's no need to paint: Each piece is painted in a shape, and some of the pieces are painted with the seals.
It doesn't need to be glued together. It's designed to be easy to assemble with parts that are glued together.
