■Product Description
The product is a kit that requires assembly. It is 1/700 scale.
No painting required: Each part is colored with molded color, and some parts are colored in combination with stickers.
No glue required: The parts are designed to fit together, making assembly easy.

The product is modeled after the ship as it was completed in November 1944, and was created in 2017 with a completely new design and new molds.
The aircraft included are the planned types.
The hull bottom/hull parts are divided at the waterline, allowing for the creation of both a waterline model and a full-hull model.
Although the actual ships were sister ships Yamato and Musashi, a distinctive feature is that dedicated parts are used instead of shared parts to express the differences.

The hull is divided into left and right halves, and the arrangement around the bow bellmouth is reproduced with accurate research.
The anti-submarine camouflage paint on the sides is expressed by dividing colored plastic parts and using a highly conformable sticker material in some areas.
The portholes lining the sides of the hull are reproduced with delicate carvings, showing the difference between closed and open shapes.
The hull bottom part reproduces the bulge shape, which differs from that of the Yamato.
The rudder comes in two types: a round shape, the same as the conventional theory of the Yamato, and a round shape, similar to that of the aircraft carrier Taiho, which has been suggested in recent years.

The flight deck is made of two pieces. The parts are divided into the concrete-covered deck section and the outer edge section, making it the optimal shape for painting.
The bridge is made into a single part using slide molding. All four sides are realistically sculpted with intricate details.
The shape of the funnel and the structure near the aft boat deck are three-dimensionalized based on recent documents and research.
By selecting which parts to attach, you can finish it as a waterline model or a full-hull model.
The anti-aircraft gun mounts have strip patterns, and the hangar walls have monkey ladders, achieving a high-density model with detailed carvings on surfaces that tend to be monotonous.

Four types of carrier-based aircraft are included: "Shiden-kai," "Ryusei," "Saiun," and "Ohka."
The Shiden-kai comes in two colors: the common dark green and an orange color modeled after the prototype Shiden-kai II.
The landing gear for the Ryusei, Saiun, and Shiden-kai is molded as one piece, and separate parts for the landing gear with more detailed molding are also provided.

The foldable radio antenna mast is foldable, allowing you to recreate the scene during takeoff.
The included stickers cover the anti-submarine camouflage on both sides and the white lines on the flight deck, allowing for color representation without painting.
In addition to the stickers, decals are included for painted finishes, including the white lines on the flight deck and the Hinomaru (Japanese national emblem) on the aircraft.
Bonus parts include adhesive-type "horizontal binoculars" and "machine gun ammunition boxes," parts for detailed finishing.

The flight deck is reproduced in a special light gray molded color that looks like concrete.
The included stickers are for the concrete-colored flight deck specification and are specially designed.

The molded parts consist of 10 colors in total.
The finished size is 381 x 83 x 134 mm.
Number of assembly parts: 233
