■Product Description
A special edition of the Chibimaru Hiei has been re-released with added effect parts that add to the realism!
The Chibimaru Fleet is a model series that deforms many famous warships built by the Imperial Japanese Navy and active in the Pacific War to make them "easy to build, collect, and display".
It is assembled in a snap-fit style, so no glue is needed, and it does not require painting thanks to the stickers and multi-color molded parts.
This product has a parts configuration that allows you to recreate a waterline model.
In addition to the conventional Hiei parts, the set includes special edition original effect parts.
The product is modeled after the Third Squadron "Hiei" that sortied in the Third Battle of the Solomon Islands in 1942.
While the main guns of the Kirishima were made up of curved side armor plates, the main guns of the Hiei were made of flat plates, and this difference is reproduced with dedicated parts.
It reproduces the appearance of the ship around the time of its final configuration, equipped with anti-aircraft machine guns under the bridge.
The differences in the placement of the searchlight towers are realistically reproduced.
The deck area uses highly conformable realistic stickers, allowing for perfect reproduction of delicate moldings even without painting.
The stickers include a wooden deck with intricate wood grain patterns, a naval ensign, bridge windows, searchlight lenses, and watertight covers.
[Effect Parts]
A display base molded in blue to evoke the image of the sea is included.
Bow and stern waves molded in clear blue are included.
Gunslings molded in clear orange are included. The gunlances are fixed in place with adhesive.
*The hull bottom and propeller parts are not included.
