The F-14 Atomcat is a U.S. Navy jet fighter.
The F-14A is called AWG-9.
We use a firearms control system to chase up to 24 targets.
Six of them can be simultaneously attacked by a Phoenix missile.
The F-14A also has a unique variable wing.
This wing is made by a computer.
It's always going to be the best variable angle.
For example, when the velocity drops, we spread out the wings to get more power.
On the contrary, at high speeds, they fly with their wings unresisting.
And when I'm on an aircraft carrier, I flap my wings so they don't flap.
