The heavy cruiser Takao, in its Arpegio of Blue Steel specifications, from the TV anime "Arpegio of Blue Steel -Ars Nova-", has been made into a plastic model kit.
Fluorescent decals that glow when exposed to black light are included. The vinyl pattern is reproduced just like in the show. In addition, the high-angle guns and machine guns have been updated with newly created parts from 2023. Takao can be reproduced with even greater precision.
