■Product Description
Toyota AE86 Corolla Levin GT-APEX (1985)
The AE86 Levin, which appeared in May 1983, deliberately adopted a rear-wheel-drive layout at a time when front-wheel drive was the norm,
and the engine was also changed from the 2T-G of the previous generation to the newly developed 4A-G.
The body variations, along with its sibling Trueno, were two types: a 3-door hatchback and a 2-door coupe.
The model name changed depending on the engine installed; cars with the 4A-G were called AE86, and cars with the 1500cc 3A-U were called AE85.
These two types remain popular even today.
●Based on the later model, it is equipped with Intra aluminum wheels, mud flaps, side steps, and a rear spoiler, which were genuine optional parts at the time, recreating the classic AE86 style of yesteryear.
