■Product Description
The third-generation Skyline, the C10 series, which underwent a full model change in August 1968, was an instant hit upon its release, and thanks to the popular catchphrase in its commercials, "Skyline of Love," it was affectionately known as "Aisuka" or "Suka-G" at the time.
In October of the same year, the GT (GC10) equipped with the L20 engine was added.
To accommodate the long, large straight-six engine, it had a long nose, and its well-proportioned, beautiful, and powerful design solidified the Skyline's success.
While the C10 series is often focused on the achievements of the GT-R, its excellent basic characteristics, such as the four-wheel independent suspension and the lightweight, well-balanced body structure for its time, formed the foundation for its consistent victories in races.
This kit is an assembly-type plastic model of the Hakosuka 2000GT, reproducing the normal specification of the 4-door GT.
Because it uses molds developed in the 1970s, there are some differences in historical accuracy, reproduction, and philosophy compared to the latest modern kits, but it includes a chassis with selectable ride height, aftermarket aluminum wheels, and various custom parts, allowing you to create a Hakosuka that is more to your liking.
