■Product Description
A mascot for private railway lines, freight stations, and vehicle factories! New colors are now available for the "Small Locomotive (Switcher)" plastic kit.
With a small number of parts and a mechanism that can be easily motorized, this product is designed to be "easy, convenient, and enjoyable in a small space even after assembly," making it enjoyable for beginners to advanced modelers.
Combine it with a wide variety of commercially available freight cars to enjoy a realistic railway model scene even with a small formation.
Kit Features
・Reproduces a switcher that is active in small-scale freight on private lines and shunting at freight stations.
・Two types of bodies, L-type and convex-type, which were seen all over Japan from Hokkaido to Kyushu, have been completely newly manufactured.
・The body and undercarriage are molded in different colors. Easy to assemble and perfect as an introductory model for HO (16 gauge) beginners.
・By installing a commercially available power unit (such as Tenshodo No.05007 Coreless Power Truck 26P II (φ10.5 plate wheels)), it can be made to run as HO (16 gauge).
・A newly developed knuckle-type coupler with a swivel mechanism has been installed. It can also be coupled.
・Equipped with a general-purpose coupler pocket, it can be replaced with commercially available couplers such as KD couplers.
*This kit alone cannot run. In order to make it run, you will need to purchase a power unit such as a power truck and couplers in addition to this product.
