Introducing the completely new mold 1/32 DFW T.28 Floyd injection plastic kit from Micromir of Ukraine. The T.28 Floyd was a small prototype biplane fighter developed in Germany in 1915. This aircraft employed a very unique aerodynamic design that increased lift by shaping the fuselage into a streamlined, wing-like form, and exhibited excellent high-speed performance for its time. Equipped with a 100 horsepower Mercedes DI water-cooled inline 6-cylinder engine, the T.28 recorded a top speed of 180 km/h, but due to its distinctive shape, the pilot's forward visibility was extremely poor, and it never went into mass production. As its nickname "Floyd" suggests, this kit faithfully reproduces the aircraft's characteristic squat and cute form and includes photo-etched parts and one type of decal. When completed, the aircraft will be approximately 141 mm in length and 203 mm in wingspan.
