【About the Product】
This is a 1/144 scale plastic model of the fictional submarine Nautilus, created by Pegasus Hobby with an original design inspired by Jules Verne's famous science fiction novel, "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea."
The original design hull is divided into left and right and top and bottom sections, and the retro-futuristic design reminiscent of Jules Verne's era is brought to life in a highly atmospheric three-dimensional form.
The sharp edges and the three-dimensional details, including the rivet pattern on the surface, are sure to excite the hearts of science fiction fans.
A cabin is incorporated into the central part of the hull, and the interior is modeled with furniture such as a sofa, organ, desk, and bookshelf, and can be viewed through the left and right windows even after completion.
Masking sheets for convenient painting of the window areas are also included. In addition, photo-etched parts are provided for small railings and other details to be installed on the surface of the hull, enhancing the precision of the finished product.
The display stand also features a base part that resembles a rock on the seabed, and a giant deep-sea creature lurking there, wrapping its long tentacles around the Nautilus, creating a very atmospheric effect.
You can enjoy a dynamic and active display by placing the Nautilus on the tentacles of the giant creature lurking on the rock base.
The number of parts is 71 for the hull and 12 for the display base.
Furthermore, photo-etched parts for detailing and masking stickers for painting transparent parts are included. The finished length is over 30cm.
As this is a completely original design model from the manufacturer, Pegasus Hobby, you can paint it the same as the package illustration, or you can enjoy creating it using your own imagination.
