The Ventura was introduced in 1960 by the Pontiac brand of General Motors, an American automobile manufacturer.
It was a standard full-size car for Pontiac at the time, using the B-body platform and having a 122-inch wheelbase, and was available in three body types: a 2-door hardtop, a 4-door sedan, and a 2-door convertible.
The name Ventura comes from the place name Ventura, California. It was a distinctive model with deluxe wheel covers, a sports steering wheel, Pontiac's leather-like interior material, and seats made of Morrokide.
The first generation was sold from 1960 to 1961, and after that it was offered as an option model for the Pontiac Catalina.
From 1966 to 1969 it was again included in the lineup as the Ventura, before being succeeded by the second generation.

The interior is also modeled with great three-dimensionality, with sharp sculpting added to the dashboard, steering wheel, seats and door panels.
And the V8 engine is reproduced under the hood. It will be fun to try your hand at detailing the wiring and piping.
