■The Borgward B3000 is a family of standardized 3-ton medium-duty trucks produced by the German manufacturer Carl FW Borgward GmbH, and was used as the standard medium-duty truck in the German Wehrmacht's supply system.
It was widely used after the Balkan campaigns of 1941 and engaged in logistical duties in various theaters of war, including the North African and Eastern Fronts.
It was also used by the Luftwaffe for airfield resupply and equipment towing, demonstrating its versatility as a cross-service transport vehicle.
By 1944, approximately 30,000 units had been produced, indicating that this program greatly expanded German wartime logistics.
