■The Borgward B3000 is a family of standardized three-ton medium-sized trucks produced by the German manufacturer Carl F.W. Borgward GmbH and used as a standard medium-sized truck in the supply system of the German Defence Forces.
It was used extensively after the Balkan campaign of 1941, serving as a military base on various battlefields, including the North African Front and the Eastern Front.
In addition, the Luftwaffe (Luftbuffe) unit was also used as an airfield supply and equipment tractor, demonstrating its versatility as a transport vehicle across military lines.
By 1944, about 30,000 units had been produced, and this plan greatly expanded the German military base during the war.
The Borgward B3000 Maultier is a rare semi-trailer variant of the Borgward B3000 with reference to Ford and Opel's Maultier vehicles.
These modifications were designed to improve the resilience of mud and snow fields.
