1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Japan (Nagoya, Aichi).

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, national holidays, or during year-end and New Year holidays.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the official release date. Please refer to each product page for release details.

 

 

3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable international carriers depending on the destination, package size, and weight, including but not limited to:

  • Japan Post

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

The shipping carrier is selected at our discretion.

 

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and size, and will be displayed before order confirmation.

 

 

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment

  • European Union: 6–12 business days after shipment

  • Other regions: 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

 

6. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Some shipping methods may not include tracking.

 

 

7. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees may be imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

 

 

8. Address Issues, Failed Delivery, and Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, failed delivery, or refusal by the recipient:

  • Re-shipment will require payment of round-trip shipping fees and any additional handling costs.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

 

 

9. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
