Returns & Withdrawal

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 8 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

For customers located in the European Union, statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations are not accepted after shipment.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to prolonged absence or failed delivery, round-trip shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
    Re-shipment will be processed only after payment of these charges.

  • Refused deliveries will not be treated as cancellations.
    In cases of abusive or malicious behavior, appropriate action may be taken.

 

Defective Products

We accept returns or exchanges for defective products or items that clearly differ from the product description.

Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Items returned more than 8 days after delivery

  • Items or packaging showing dirt, damage, or signs of use

  • Modified or processed items

  • Items missing any accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or original packaging components
