■Product Description
The Benetton B189B is an improved version developed for the opening race of the 1990 season, based on the 1989 B189. In addition to the evolution of the Ford Cosworth HBA V8 engine and aerodynamic improvements, the coloring was updated from the so-called "Benetton colors" of red, yellow, and blue to the 1990 specification with the addition of silver, serving as a bridge to the new B190. At the 1990 Brazilian GP, Alessandro Nannini drove it and finished in 10th place despite suffering a puncture towards the end of the race. As a result, the B 189B was only used in the first two races of the season.
