The Benetton B189B is an improved version of the 1989 B189 that was developed for the 1990 launch.・In addition to the evolution of the Cosworth HBA V8 engine and the overhaul of the air power performance, the coloring is red.・Yellow.・It was upgraded from the so-called "blue veneer" to the 1990 model year, with silver added, and took over the bridge to the new B190.・Nanini drove and finished 10th in the final standings, but the B 189B was only entered in the first two rounds.
