About Tom Daniel
Tom Daniel is a popular American designer. He is known for designing mainly automobiles and motorcycles. He is also famous among modelers as the designer of various Monogram model kits. One of the show rods he designed for Monogram kits is the Unreal Roller. Tom Daniel designed it with the image of a steam roller or road roller seen at road construction sites. The rear tires have only large diameter wheels and the front tires reproduce the shape of a roller, brilliantly fusing the shape of a road roller with a hot rod design. When the first model was released by Monogram in 1971, it became very popular among fans.
