●A finished model that recreates the console set on the bridge of the Enterprise-D in Star Trek: The Next Generation
EXO-6 is an American manufacturer that recreates Star Trek characters in a large 1/6 scale. They have been steadily releasing a lineup of popular characters that have been realistically recreated, but this time, instead of a character, they have modeled one of the props that appears in the show, the console equipped on the bridge of the Enterprise-D in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
The live-action Star Trek series aired from 1987 to 1994. "Star Trek: The Next Generation," the second television series, is set in the 24th century and depicts the exploits of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701D as it explores unknown star systems and flies around the United Federation of Planets' galaxy under the command of Captain Picard. In it, his ethical leadership, deep intelligence, and moral integrity make him the central figure who embodies the Star Trek universe.
About the Model
This is a fully assembled model of the cockpit located on the bridge of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701D from Star Trek: The Next Generation, realistically reproducing its design and details with completely new molds and sculpting. The scale is 1/6 and accurately models each console that appeared on screen. The consoles, modeled under the guidance of producer Terry Matalas, designer Dave Blass, and art director Liz Krozkovsky, not only accurately reproduce the shape and button layout, but also reproduce the lighting of the distinctive LCARS interface designed by Michael Okuda. In addition, the control panel can be opened and closed smoothly and the seat can rotate.
From EXO-6 onwards, the lineup also includes another operator's seat located on the bridge, as well as the captain's seat and figures of the various crew members gathered on the bridge, so you can enjoy the bridge scenes of the Enterprise-D together with these.
