■ Description
The A-10C demonstration team, Davis, 2021.・It's a replica of the aircraft that flew at Monsan Air Force Base. It's a painting of the F-105s used by the 355th Tactical Combat Air Corps during the Vietnam War.

The A-10 is a ground attack aircraft specifically designed for ground attack with close-range air support required from combat training in the Vietnam War. The creators of the 1969 detailed request were said to have been thinking of an aircraft with the capabilities of the Illussin II-2, He129, and A1 Skyriders of World War II. Furthermore, in 1970 the US Air Force issued an all-weather requirement for the Soviet air force. The requirement was to be equipped with a 30 mm anti-tank gun, over 7.258 tons of armoured personnel carrier capability, high navigation continuity performance, good high mobility, excellent short-range landing capability, and high defensive survival and maintenance capability.
The A-10C is a type of glass cockpiting that incorporates equipment into monitors from 2005 onwards. It was decommissioned in 2015, more than 20 years after the Gulf War. However, the A-10 was again extended by the outcome of the 2016 airstrike against Islamic extremists, which ultimately led to the retirement date of 2026. Almost 50 years after its deployment, veterans participated in the U.S.-Israeli invasion of Iran in 2026 to deal with small high-speed boats near the Strait of Hormuz. In April, the last A-10 pilot trainee completed the entire process in the training fleet.
