■ Description
The Ninth Secondary Heavy Armoured Car is a vehicle that was formulated in the 7th century for the purpose of mechanizing cavalry.
It's said that even though it has a gun tower and a belt, and it's in the shape of a tank, the armored car was a match with the infantry division that controls the tank.
As a characteristic of the cavalry division, it sacrificed some firepower and armor, but it also emphasized speed. The top speed was unusual for Japanese tanks of the time, reaching 40 km/h.
