■Product Description
The 28cm howitzer was manufactured at the Osaka Arsenal, based on the Italian 28cm gun, and was officially adopted in 1887.
It was also deployed in the subsequent Russo-Japanese War, and played an active role in the Battle of 203-Meter Hill, a well-known battleground, and in the bombardment of the Russian fleet in Port Arthur, during the Siege of Port Arthur.
