■Product Description
This is the first re-release in four years with the resumption of production in the aircraft series.
The molds have been repaired, resulting in parts in better condition than before.
The product is a 1/72 scale kit of the Japanese Navy's "Nakajima Carrier-Based Reconnaissance Aircraft Saiun".
You can choose from either the "Saiun Type 11", "Saiun Type 11 Night Reconnaissance Aircraft", or "Saiun Type 12 (Kai)".
The instruction manual has been completely revised, allowing you to choose and assemble the standard Type 11, Type 11 Night Fighter, or the prototype Type 12 (Saiun Kai).
Painting instructions are also clearly written.
A dedicated gun barrel and canopy are included for the night fighter version equipped with 30mm oblique machine guns, which was a modified aircraft of the 302nd Air Group.
The Type 12's engine with exhaust turbine can be reproduced with dedicated parts.
The molded color is light gray for easy painting,
and the canopy, observation windows on the underside of the fuselage, and wingtip lights are molded in clear plastic.
The fuselage is split into left and right halves, and the main wings are split into upper and lower halves.
The package illustration is a new drawing by Mikiya Yoshihara.

~New decals included~
Decals are included to recreate the Hinomaru mark, aircraft number, aircraft markings, cockpit instrument panel, etc.
The Hinomaru mark can be selected from three types: no border, with a white border, and with a green border.
The cockpit instrument panel can be selected from two types: standard and for night fighters.
The aircraft number can represent the markings of each unit deployed in the later stages of the Pacific War.
The 762nd Air Group and the 343rd Air Group can also be recreated using individual numbers.
