The Wave Series now includes a sea surface stage that allows you to easily and realistically depict the ship sailing after completion!!
(Structure, Specifications, Features)
Hull
・The hull is divided into left and right halves, separated from the bottom at the waterline.
・A special molded color of a dark gray that mimics the battleship color used at the Sasebo Naval Arsenal.
・The portholes have a special shape that shows many of them closed.
→Unclosed windows are recessed, and closed windows are raised to reproduce the difference.
・The external electrical wiring on the side of the hull is expressed in detail, including the fasteners.
Armament
・The main guns can be elevated and rotated.
→Achieves both a minimum number of parts and realistic molding.
→The muzzle of the 36 cm main gun barrel is expressed using a slide mold.
→Waterproof canvas uses included stickers
・The main turrets reproduce the unique feature of Kongo and Hiei, where the front wall is flat
・The roofs of the No. 2 and No. 3 main guns reproduce the additional machine gun mounts, with dedicated parts provided
・The secondary guns have a one-piece structure with the casemate and barrel integrated

Bridge

Chimney/Mast
・The chimney is a left and right combination type, with the steam exhaust pipe and whistle pipe represented as one piece

The mast is divided into pillars, crosstrees, and topmast, achieving both ease of assembly and accurate shape reproduction.
Aircraft Fittings and Carrier-Based Aircraft
Two Zero Observation Aircraft are included.
The molded color is dark green.
The panel lines are recessed, and the propellers are integrated with the fuselage using slide molding for precise detailing.
Wooden Deck
The wooden deck is a wood-like beige color, with parts that express the tone.
The delicate recessed carvings express the arrangement of the planks, and the recess depth is suitable for panel lining.
The fittings on the deck, such as the air intakes (warship gray), are separate parts to reproduce the color difference.

Display sea surface base
・Special molded parts that match the waterline shape of the plastic Kongo and Haruna (mold/2026 production)
・The shape of the waterline is compatible with the Ship NEXT series
(Not compatible with the Kongo class of the Special series or the Hiei of the Ship NEXT series)
・External dimensions are 396mm long x 134mm wide x (approx.) 17mm high, molded color is clear blue
・The shape represents the characteristics of the sea surface when turning to starboard at high speed, and the ship is slightly tilted to port due to centrifugal force
・Waves spreading from the bow to the side of the hull, and the restraints on the side of the hull Reproduces the sculpted sea surface and the sea surface formation generated by the propellers.
