■Product Description
The base has been renewed with a new design! As a first-edition limited release, a plate engraved with a wooden deck pattern and a strip pattern is included.
The aircraft carrier "Akagi," the flagship of the 1st Air Fleet, with its bridge located in the center of the port side, is reproduced in the Ship NEXT series!
Along with Kaga, it participated in the attack on Pearl Harbor as part of the 1st Air Fleet, demonstrating to the world the magnitude of its offensive power with numerous carrier-based aircraft, and was engaged in many operations as the core of the Japanese mobile fleet.
□The carrier-based aircraft are molded as one piece, including the propeller. For those who want an even more detailed finish, the main landing gear is also included as a separate part.
□The Hinomaru (Japanese flag) for the carrier-based aircraft is a transparent sticker that is easy to apply and does not stand out.
□The stickers are carefully designed with attention to the color of the flagpole of the Hinomaru and the blendability of the chrysanthemum emblem, and the stickers for landing markings and white lines are matched to the molded color and tone so that the stickers do not stand out.
□The hull is split into left and right halves, and details such as portholes, monkey ladders, and external electrical wiring are molded into the sides.
□The bottom of the hull uses a bathtub-type molding that eliminates visible seams.
□The base has been redesigned for improved stability! Lower center of gravity and increased contact area for greater stability.
