The Ise, which participated in Operation MI and sortied for the attack on Midway Island, is now available in a limited production version! !
The Ise, which was converted into a battleship and an aircraft carrier, is being produced in a special series, and this is a special version included only in this product!
In May 1942, it was equipped with a radar (radio wave radar) that was under development at the time for testing.
Without removing the radar that was installed on the test, it sortied the following month for the attack on Midway Island.
Afterwards, together with the second ship Hyuga, it was converted into an aircraft carrier to urgently replenish the aircraft carrier force, sortied for Operation Sho-Go 1, and returned without being hit by a single bomb, but finally met its end when it was heavily damaged and sunk by an attack by US aircraft carriers in the Kure area.
□The Special Series is a 1/700 scale waterline model, a meticulously crafted ship model that reproduces the shape with precise parts division and highly detailed sculpting.
□The battleship Ise was developed in 2017 with completely new molds, but this "Special Edition" product includes additional exclusive new parts.
