■Product Description
This model meticulously recreates the appearance of the Ise, the first ship of the Ise-class battleships, as it was converted into an aircraft carrier to complement its air power and participated in the Battle of Leyte Gulf, with newly added parts!

●The product is modeled after the appearance of the Ise, the first ship of the Ise-class battleships, during Operation Sho-Go 1 in October 1944.
・The 5th and 6th main guns have been removed, and an aircraft work deck has been installed in the aft section of the ship, and the model includes the planned Zuiun and Suisei aircraft.

Newly designed parts have been prepared to unify the degree of reproduction of equipment etc. depending on the product release date, and some parts have been divided to facilitate painting.
・The No. 13 radar is a newly included part with a truss structure and engraved details, and the antenna part also has a shaped representation.
(↑The No. 13 radar is included but not installed in the actual product. It is engraved in the mold of the product. This is a historical inaccuracy and will not be disclosed.)
・The No. 21 radar is expressed with more delicate engraving than conventional included parts, such as the base of the insulator for fixing the element on the front side.
・The No. 22 radar is made into a part in the open state by using a slide mold, and it is also possible to make it into a trumpet shape with an extended shape.
・The 12.7 cm twin anti-aircraft gun A1 is subdivided into a total of 4 parts, improving the molding resolution from the existing 2 parts.
・The 9 meter cutter is made into 2 parts considering painting, and the mount is a separate part, and it is possible to choose between a deck integrated molding. (Except for some parts)
・The 12 meter motorboat has the canvas and the wheelhouse/engine room roof as separate parts considering painting. It is designed so that each part is painted and then assembled and glued afterwards.
・The boat body and the loading area floor are made into 3 parts, and they are assembled after painting, eliminating the need for masking.
・The 9-meter cutter stand features molded details such as uneven surfaces and lightening holes, resulting in a more detailed and precise design.
・A new chrysanthemum emblem is provided for the bow.
・New navigation lights are provided to add detail to areas that were previously omitted.
・Decals for the ship's name on the stern (in a solid battleship gray color) and the white lines on the mast have been added.
・The Type 96 25mm twin machine guns are now standard parts consisting of two components, reducing the painting/color separation work.
・The bridge/anti-aircraft command post includes separate binoculars to enhance the sense of precision.

・The hull is a single-piece molded part for both the port and starboard sides.
・The hull (sides) is a separate part designed specifically for the aircraft carrier battleship, distinct from the Ise-class battleships.
・The upper deck is a single-piece structure with delicate wooden deck carvings.
・The lower sections, such as the bridge base (bridge deck) and anti-aircraft gun mounts, are integral parts made using slide molding.
・The bridge is assembled by stacking each layer, and the floor surface reproduces the split pattern with fine engraving.
・Each layer of the bridge has detailed equipment parts, including searchlights, machine guns, and ladders.
・The aircraft handling deck has the elevator as a separate part, and the rails and deck surface are distinguished by delicate engraving to show they are at the same height.
・The funnel is a two-part structure with left and right sides glued together, and the steam exhaust pipe is a separate part.
・The strip pattern on the floor surface, such as the anti-aircraft gun mounts, is expressed with fine engraving.
・The funnel cap has a highly detailed structure with a hollowed-out appearance.
・The main guns have the barrel and canvas as one piece, and the elevation angle is fixed.
・The main gun barrels are in an open form using slide molding.
・The machine gun mounts added to the roofs of the 2nd and 3rd main guns are reproduced with dedicated parts.
・The aft mast/cross tree, which is a distinguishing feature from the 2nd ship Hyuga, is provided as a dedicated part for Ise.
・Two types of aircraft are included, molded in gray.
・Six Zuiun and six Suisei dive bombers, both planned to be deployed, are included.
・The 25mm machine guns are precisely molded, easy to paint, and come in a two-part design, with parts from the 2018 mold included as standard.
・The main parts, hull bottom plate, aircraft, and machine gun parts are molded in gray.

This product is an unpainted kit that requires gluing, assembly, and painting.
The scale is 1/700, and it is a waterline model that does not include the hull bottom.
This product is composed of conventional (Special Series) molds and newly designed additional parts.
