The product consists of eight ships belonging to the 3rd Escort Flotilla, based on the fleet composition in 1998.
Includes five classes: 1 Haruna-class, 1 Kongo-class, 1 Hatakaze-class, 2 Asagiri-class, and 3 Hatsuyuki-class.
Two sea surface plates (blue molded color) are included for display purposes.
The included decals include markings to decorate the waterline, such as ship numbers and old-style landing markings.
The "DDG172 Shimakaze" includes the central white line written next to gun 52.
The "DDG175 Myoko" includes the helicopter deck border lines that were inscribed in 1998 as a bonus.
