The KP61 Starlet, a "compact FR sports car," is now on sale!
The second-generation Starlet, which appeared in 1978, became the "last domestically produced FR hatchback."
With its lightweight body and nimble driving performance thanks to its FR drivetrain, it gained immense popularity as a compact car that allowed drivers to fully enjoy driving, and it also played an active role as a base car for rallies and races.
The kit reproduces the "S" sports type grade, which came standard with a sunroof, from the mid-term model (1980) with its rectangular twin headlights, using completely new molds based on thorough research of the actual car.
The body parts are red. The wheel rims, headlight mirrors, side mirrors, and rearview mirrors are chrome-plated parts.
