The F-22 Raptor is an air superiority fighter of the United States Air Force.
Developed as a successor to the F-15C Eagle under the Advanced Tactical Fighter Program, it is a fifth-generation jet fighter, along with the F-35 and the Su-47 Berkut experimental aircraft.
The aircraft's distinguishing feature is its world-class stealth capabilities.
Its radar cross-section is said to be about the size of a small bird, and it appears that it does not register on the radar of other fighter jets in flight.
Furthermore, it is capable of supersonic cruising (supercruise) without afterburners.
All weapons are stored in the weapon bays of the fuselage, and the doors are opened only when needed to fire or drop each weapon.
The kit pursues the reproduction of radar-absorbing sheets and the expression of the aircraft's surface.
