[About the Suzuki RGV-Γ]
The Suzuki RGV-Γ is the machine that competed in the 1999 World Road Race GP500 class with Kenny Roberts Jr. and Nobuatsu Aoki riding. It is equipped with an aluminum twin-tube frame and a 2-stroke 70-degree V-type 4-cylinder 2-shaft crank engine. With its excellent balance for nimble handling, high cornering speed, and smooth power characteristics of the engine, K. Roberts Jr. achieved 4 wins, including two consecutive wins at the start of the season, and consistently performed at the top throughout the season, securing 2nd place in the overall standings. This greatly demonstrated Suzuki's resurgence after being far from victory since the 1995 German GP.
