■Product Description
[Conveys the speed of a fast tank]
This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Cromwell Mk.IV cruiser tank, which, along with the Churchill infantry tank, supported the British armored forces after the Normandy landings in June 1944. The rugged style, including the turret composed of distinctive rivets and vertical armor plates, is faithfully reproduced. The large diameter road wheels convey the image of the tank speeding across the battlefield. Unique equipment such as the hedgerow, a plow-like part attached to the front of the hull to break through the thick hedges characteristic of the Normandy region, and the Normandy cowl, a duct that prevents exhaust fumes from entering the vehicle, are also included as accessories. Five types of waterslide decals and one tank crew figure are included.
