【About the M2A2ODS Desert Bradley】
The Bradley infantry fighting vehicle of the U.S. military has undergone continuous improvements since production began in 1980. Among them, the M2A2ODS (Operation Desert Storm) was developed based on lessons learned from the Gulf War and has been deployed since 1996. The main improvements were the enhancement of electronic equipment, with the addition of a laser rangefinder, a vehicle navigation system using GPS and digital compass antenna sensors, and a VLQ-8 anti-tank missile jamming device. In addition, as a countermeasure against friendly fire and bombing, which were problems in actual combat, a CIP (Combat Identification Panel) for friend or foe identification was developed and is now mounted on the sides and rear of the M2A2ODS hull. In the Iraq War in March 2003, the M2A2ODS deployed to the main force, the 3rd Infantry Division, advanced through the desert battlefield.

This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit of the M2A2ODS Desert Bradley. ●The overall length is 193mm, and the features of the M2A2ODS, such as the laser rangefinder and GPS antenna on the turret, the sensor on the rear of the hull, and the square-shaped exhaust pipes, are realistically reproduced. ●The barrel of the 25mm autocannon can be selected from the standard type and the type with improved heat dissipation. ●The tracks are modeled after the type with improved pad durability. The belt type is easy to assemble and can be glued and painted. ● Equipped with CIP (Combat Identification Panel) for friend-or-foe identification on the sides and rear of the vehicle. ● Includes a wide range of personal equipment such as ALICE packs and sleeping bags. ● Comes with two half-figures of a commander and gunner wearing body armor. ● Markings include three types of vehicles deployed in the Iraq War and three types of NATO military specifications such as KFOR.
