[About the Subaru Impreza WRC2001]
The Impreza WRC2001 was the machine that Subaru sent to win the 2001 World Rally Championship. It adopted a 4-door body with blister-type overfenders and was equipped with a horizontally opposed 4-cylinder turbo engine. Various parts, including the throttle, semi-automatic transmission, and front, center, and rear differentials, were highly electronically controlled. Of the four drivers, R. Burns won the championship in 2001.
