[The driving force behind the air defense of the American homeland]
The F-16, a multirole fighter jet that supports the tactics of the U.S. Air Force, has evolved through its excellent basic design and gradual improvements. Among them, the Block 25, which began deployment in 1986, adopted a new radar and CRT display, and underwent significant changes to various parts, such as enlarging the fairing at the base of the vertical stabilizer to accommodate the ECM equipment, and the single-seat version was given the designation C. Furthermore, in the improved type that began deliveries in 1987, the engine could be selected from the conventional P&W F100 as well as the GE F110, and the P&W engine-equipped aircraft were named Block 32. At the same time, the F-16C Block 25/32, which was improved with future development in mind, became the foundation for the success of the subsequent series and was mainly deployed to the Air National Guard in the early 21st century, forming the core of its combat power.

This is a plastic model assembly kit of the F-16C Block 25/32 belonging to the U.S. Air National Guard. ●1/48 scale, 316mm in length, 197mm in wingspan. The sleek form with excellent aerodynamic performance is faithfully reproduced. ●The Block 25/32 features such as the small air intake openings, the nozzles of the P&W engines, and the main landing gear struts fitted with small diameter tires are all modeled in detail. ●The horizontal stabilizer is movable with polycaps, and the main wing flaperons can be set up or down. ●In addition to air-to-air missiles such as AIM-120C and AIM-9M/X, a wide range of accessories are included, such as GBU-12 laser-guided bombs, Lightning II target acquisition pods, center tanks, and wing tanks. ●One pilot figure is included. In addition to the conventional helmet, a helmet with a missile targeting device is also included. ●Three colorful markings, including the California Air National Guard Commander's aircraft, are included.
