During World War II, the P-51D Mustang of the U.S. Army Air Forces supported the Allied victory with its well-balanced high performance in terms of speed, maneuverability, range, and firepower. After World War II, it was renamed the F-51D in the Air Force, which was established after the war, and continued to fly mainly on ground attack missions. This is a plastic model assembly kit that reproduces this F-51D in its Korean War specifications. Along with its style that clearly conveys its high performance, the armament parts such as 500-pound bombs and 6-inch rockets convey its role as a fighter-bomber. Three types of markings are available, including an aircraft belonging to the 18th Fighter-Bomber Wing with a unique shark mouth. A display stand is included.
