■Product Description
The Panzer I was the first practical tank mass-produced by Germany after its defeat in World War I, when tank development had been prohibited. Following the A-type, which began production in 1934, the improved A-type appeared in 1936. The engine, which was 57 horsepower in the A-type, was strengthened to 100 horsepower, and the welded hull was extended by approximately 40 cm. It was armed with two MG13 machine guns. Although the Panzer I was originally developed for training purposes, it was deployed in combat starting with the Spanish Civil War which broke out in 1936, the invasion of Poland in September 1939, the French front in 1940, the Balkan invasion in 1941, and the early stages of the Russian front.
★Total length 123 mm, total width 60 mm. The compact form is realistically modeled based on research of the actual vehicle. ★The upper hull and turret are assembled securely using slide molds, allowing for delicate reproduction of details such as rivets. ★The tracks are of the partial link type with straight sections as a single piece. ★Includes one half-figure of the tank commander. You can choose between a beret and side caps for the head. ★Includes a total of 3 types of slide decals for the Polish, French, and Russian fronts.
