■Product Description
[A powerful strike delivered by a unique style] With the occupation of France in June 1940, the German army acquired a large number of armored vehicles. To compensate for their lack of fighting power, they combined various captured vehicles and artillery pieces to operate them as self-propelled guns. The Marder I is one such example. The Marder I, which mounted a fighting compartment and a 7.5cm anti-tank gun on the Lorraine Schlepper, a tracked armored transporter developed by the French army in the late 1930s, was deployed on a wide range of fronts and proved effective in ambush tactics, taking advantage of its high offensive power. It struck a blow against Allied tanks.
