[The Tank Killer that Supported the Final Offensive]
Appearing at the end of World War II, the German Panzer IV/70(V) Lang was equipped with a powerful long-barreled 70-caliber 7.5cm anti-tank gun capable of destroying any Allied tank from outside its range. It was an improved version of the Panzer IV, the main battle tank, with a low-profile fighting compartment and a 48-caliber 7.5cm anti-tank gun mounted in a limited-traverse configuration. It was called "Lang" to distinguish it from the original main gun, meaning long-barreled. 930 units were produced between August 1944 and March 1945, and it bravely fought defensive battles using tactics that took advantage of its long range, standing in the way of the Allied forces from the Battle of the Ardennes in December 1944 until the end of the war.

This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Panzer IV/70(V) Lang tank destroyer. ●1/35 scale, 244mm in length, 91mm in width. ●Based on research of the actual vehicle, the fierce appearance is realistically modeled with an accurate parts configuration. ●The long main gun barrel is a single molded part for both sides. ●Attention has been paid to the texture and details, such as the casting pattern of the Saukopf gun shield and the welding pattern on various parts of the hull. ●The two front road wheels made of steel and the vertical muffler are also realistically reproduced. ●The tracks are the lightweight type used in the final stages of production. A realistic and easy-to-assemble belt type is used. ●Two half-figures of crew members looking forward are included. ●Three types of decals for the Western and Eastern Fronts are included.
