The Kruppprotze, a German six-wheeled truck, was widely used in the early stages of World War II for transporting troops and supplies, and for towing light artillery. The Kfz.70 is its troop transport version. Its most distinctive feature was the steeply sloping bonnet housing a compact air-cooled four-cylinder horizontally opposed engine. The rear suspension was a sophisticated double wishbone independent suspension, providing excellent off-road capability. The rear featured a large cargo bed with bench seats on both sides. Produced from around 1933, before the outbreak of the war, until 1942, it was deployed to a wide range of units, including infantry. On the front lines, it was also common to see it with a tripod and an MG34 anti-aircraft machine gun mounted on the cargo bed.

The distinctive style with a steeply sloping bonnet is modeled with high realism. ●The rear wheels also faithfully reproduce the complex structure, including the suspension arms and horizontally and vertically mounted springs. ●A wide range of accessories that can be loaded onto the cargo bed are included, such as an MG34 machine gun with a tripod, a Pz.B.39 anti-tank rifle, ammunition boxes, and grenade cases. ●The kit can also be displayed with the MG34 machine gun mounted on the cargo bed. ●Enamel wire to reproduce barbed wire is also included. ●Includes three figures: a driver wearing a field cap and two soldiers sitting on the cargo bed, and decals for various fronts.
