■Product Description
[The Monster That Conquered Berlin]
In the later stages of World War II, the JSU-152 was a Soviet heavy self-propelled gun developed based on the JS-2 heavy tank to counter the powerful German tanks. In order to deploy as many high-firepower combat vehicles as possible to the front lines, it was equipped with a 152mm field gun, the ML-20S, mounted on a vehicle, in a simple fighting compartment made of steel plates. It was put into full battle during the counteroffensive in the summer of 1944, and utilizing the firepower unique to its large-caliber gun, it proved effective not only in anti-tank combat but also in capturing pillboxes and defensive strongholds. It successively destroyed Tiger I and Panther tanks, which had given them a hard time until then, earning it the nickname "Beast Hunter".
