[The Core of Reconnaissance Units]
The Sd.Kfz.232 was a large armored vehicle that formed the core of German reconnaissance units in the first half of World War II. It featured a flat-surfaced chassis with excellent ballistic protection, a turret equipped with a 2cm autocannon and an MG34 machine gun, a maximum speed of 90 km/h, high off-road capability thanks to its 8-wheel drive, a rear driver's seat for quick reversal, and 8-wheel steering for a tight turning radius. It also featured a large frame antenna mounted on top of the chassis, equipped with a long-range radio. The Sd.Kfz.232, utilizing its superior mobility, served as the eyes of tank units and commanders on every front, from Europe to North Africa and Russia.

This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit of the 8-wheeled heavy armored car Sd.Kfz.232. ●Total length 140mm, total width 50mm. Equipped with a large frame antenna, the straight and sharp style that takes ballistic protection into consideration is realistically reproduced. ●Just like the actual vehicle, the frame antenna is attached to the rotation pivot on top of the turret, allowing the turret to rotate. ●The complex undercarriage is easy to assemble with a small number of parts, resulting in a highly three-dimensional finish. ●Includes one half-figure of a commander wearing a field cap and looking forward, and two types of decals for the Balkan battle and the Kursk battle.
