■Product Description
[About the Honda Monkey, a pioneer of leisure bikes] The Honda Monkey pioneered the leisure bike genre with its compact size and unique, adorable looks. The first model, which debuted in 1967, featured a red frame, a 50cc air-cooled 4-stroke engine, and a folding seat and handlebars so that it could be easily carried in a car trunk. Various improvements have been made, such as increasing the wheel size from 5 inches to 8 inches and equipping it with front and rear suspension, and it continues to be produced today. In December 2006, to commemorate its 40th anniversary, a limited edition model equipped with a checkered seat, a black tank, and red front and rear wheels was released.
