■Product Description
Following the "Tomahawk" and "Defender," the "Phalanx," the cornerstone of Macross ship defense, is now available in 1/72 scale!
The "Phalanx," the first three-dimensional model of this scale, finally joins the 1/72 scale Destroid series.
The kit is a snap-fit type that requires no glue, just like the previous "Tomahawk" and "Defender," and each joint is movable thanks to poly parts. Since there are no detail-up drawings for the "Phalanx," we independently created setting drawings with increased detail in cooperation with Liquidstone. These were then reflected in the prototype under the supervision of designer Kazutaka Miyatake, to unify the finish with other Destroids.
We have also included gimmicks at the same level as the existing lineup, such as opening and closing cockpits and missile pods, which are unique to this scale.
