■Product Description
Kotobukiya, which has been releasing Evangelion products for many years,
is finally releasing the Evangelion Unit-01 from "Neon Genesis Evangelion" as a plastic model kit.
Kotobukiya's prototype sculptor, Yuichi Kuwamura, who created the Evangelion Unit-01 from "Rebuild of Evangelion," has recreated the TV version while inheriting a wide range of motion!
■Gimmick Explanation
Opening gimmick: Recreated with articulation. The jaw lowers one step before opening and closing, just like in the movie.
Entry plug linked movement: The entry plug is pulled out in conjunction with the movement of the back block.
Shoulder knife storage area deployment: Recreated with interchangeable parts.
■Included wrists
Fists (left and right), open hands (left and right), gun/knife holding hand (right), open hands with fingers bent backward (left and right), and grasping open hands (left and right) are included.
With a wide variety of wrist parts made from PVC in one piece, which allows for rich shape expression, the effort of assembly is reduced, the holding power is also improved, and many scenes from the film can be recreated.
■Partially painted parts
Some parts, such as the white of the eyes and the green of the tip of the chin, are pre-painted, so you can recreate Evangelion Unit-01 that closely resembles the image from the film just by assembling it.
