SPIRIT OF THE PHOENIX
Introduced in 1988, the Steed features a water-cooled, narrow-angle V-twin engine that delivers powerful, pulsating power, especially in the low and mid-range RPMs, mounted on a low and long frame. The double cradle frame is combined with a new rear fork inspired by a fixed rear axle system, making it an American-style sports bike that offers a powerful, pulsating feel and a relaxed, comfortable ride. In 1996, the Steed VSE was added, featuring aluminum dish wheels, an upward-sweeping rear fender, a dedicated seat, side covers, and a new type of wide handlebar, emphasizing its wild image.
