■Product Description
The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force destroyer "DD101 Murasame" is making a comeback in the 1/700 Waterline Series.
The "Murasame" is a Murasame-class destroyer planned in fiscal year 1991 and completed on March 12, 1996. It is the third generation of helicopter-carrying general-purpose destroyers following the Amagiri-class destroyers and is deployed to the Yokosuka First Escort Division. The ship's shape was designed with stealth in mind, and the hull and superstructure are sloped. A total of nine ships of this class were built and, along with the successor Takanami-class and Akizuki-class destroyers, are active as the main force of the escort fleet. This kit is easy to build with a small number of parts and accurately reproduces the Murasame. A new color printed painting instruction sheet has been added.
