■Product Description
Aoshima's Waterline series has been renewed with even greater precision! !
The rigging parts have been newly researched and designed. By incorporating numerous sliding mechanisms into the molds, the intricate details of the 1/700 scale have been accurately reproduced. We deliver the Waterline series reborn with even greater precision.
In 1941, following the Kamikawa Maru, the Seikawa Maru, along with the Kimikawa Maru, became a seaplane tender as part of the second series of ships and was assigned to the fleet. After entering Saipan, it participated in the Rabaul invasion operation. In 1943, it became a specially constructed seaplane tender and was incorporated into the Second Southern Unit. Afterwards, it was hit at Makassar. It was in the western South China Sea when the war ended. This kit has a parts configuration that covers the essentials, making it simple, easy to assemble, and accurately reproduced. Various rigging parts such as machine guns and searchlights have been newly designed and added. The precision and intricacy of the 1/700 scale are well expressed.
